The team at One Tribe Australia were keen to know more about some of the service providers our participants use so we connected with My Plan Manager to get the run down on what they offer.  My Plan Manager are one of the first and largest plan management services and they have a wealth of knowledge to help participants get the most out of their NDIS funding.  They also helped us to understand their award winning technology which has loads of extra functions that we hadn’t even discovered!

We currently have capacity to accept Level 2 and Level 3 support coordination referrals with our passionate team of allied health and disability specialists and we have also have an amazing support worker in the Fleurieu who specialises in assisting people with complex behavioural challenges to live a full and meaningful life.
