Lauren has a strong background in disability with lived experience of mental health on both a professional and personal level. Lauren has a deep understanding and empathy for people and families working through the disability support process.

Lauren has a lifetime of experience supporting those with complex disabilities. Her expertise lies in working with those with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. She has also spent many years providing support for a range of mental health conditions. Her mental health experience includes complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, OCD and severe anxiety.

Lauren spends her free time painting and drawing portraits, exploring antique stores in the Adelaide Hills, attending live music gigs with friends, and sitting in the park with a good book and a bubble tea. She spends a lot of time with her family, along with her three cats and dog.
