Nikki is a compassionate and dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to developing her skills and experience to serve the clients, families and carers she supports. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and objectives as well as improving their quality of life and connection to the community.

Nikki brings over 20 years experience in the disability sector, including as a Disability Employment Consultant, local area coordinator and more recently, as an employee development coordinator in supported employment (Australian Disability Enterprise).

Nikki has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and an Honors Degree in Psychology at Flinders University.

Nikki’s top favourite hobbies include interior design, market shopping, animal welfare, self development, friends and family and hanging out with furry friends, Abigail and Esmerelda.
