Xanthie is our Level 2 Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach, and Positive Recovery Coach, committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a Positive Recovery Coach, Xanthie supports clients in finding and keeping a job. With a rich background as a High Dependency Nurse and a Palliative Care Nurse, Xanthie brings a wealth of experience in supporting clients with a wide range of conditions, including acquired brain injuries, mental health disorders, Huntington’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and disabilities.
Xanthie’s passion for supporting others extends to individuals of all ages, but she holds a special place in her heart for children, recognizing the unique challenges they face in reaching their full potential. As a mother herself, she empathizes deeply with the struggle’s families may encounter and strives to provide compassionate and effective support.
Educationally, Xanthie holds a Diploma of Nursing specializing in High Dependency, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Certificate 3 in Individual Support and Disability. Her diverse skill set enables her to offer holistic and tailored support to her clients, ensuring their safety, security, and well-being are prioritized at all times.
Outside of her professional commitments, Xanthie finds joy in spending quality time with her partner and three children. Whether they’re dancing, enjoying days out, or relaxing at the beach, these moments of togetherness bring balance and fulfillment to Xanthie’s life.
