Emma is an accomplished social worker and rehabilitation counsellor with over 15 years experience providing case management, coordination and assessment within disability, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, workers compensation insurance and employment services both in Australia and the UK.  Emma is also a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner and is currently enrolled in a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support at Flinders University.

Emma has lived experience of disability due to a complex neurological condition and a mobility disability which have driven her to pursue a career in supporting people to improve their wellbeing and resilience and make positive life changes.

Emma holds multiple University qualifications including two Masters degrees in Social Work and Counselling as well as Graduate Diplomas in Rehabilitation Counselling and Career Guidance and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management. Emma has also completed additional training in a range of trauma informed therapies, positive psychology, narrative therapy, life coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, fitness and work health and safety.  Emma is also an accredited RRTW Coordinator and National Panel of Assessors practitioner.

Emma is a passionate animal lover and has completed numerous canine myotherapy and dog training qualifications. She shares her life with two gorgeous Rhodesian Ridgebacks, a flock of chickens and a rooster called Colin. She also raises Monarch butterflies to be released into the wild to help increase the dwindling population in South Australia.
