She provides tailored pre-employment support, including vocational assessments, resume writing, interview preparation, career counselling, and job search strategies. Once suitable job opportunities are identified, she works to bridge the gap between participants and employers who value diversity and inclusion. Her support continues beyond placement, offering ongoing guidance to help individuals succeed in their roles and build long-term career growth.
