Elva is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Master of Social Work and experience working with individuals across all age groups, including children, young people and adults, as well as their families and support networks. Her passion is to work with young people, where she is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes and enhance their quality of life. She takes a collaborative approach to working alongside participants, families, and other stakeholders to develop practical and meaningful support strategies. She finds it rewarding to support individuals in achieving their goals and to witness the positive changes that can occur when the right supports are in place.

Outside of work, Elva enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for her pets, exploring different cultures, and discovering new food experiences. She values opportunities to learn from diverse perspectives and enjoys connecting with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Qualifications & Background

– Experienced PBS Practitioner with hands-on experience
– Strong focus in Social Work with a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Social Work
– Valuable work experience within DHS and Residential Youth Work
– Aware of trauma-informed practice
– Mental Health First Aid
– Holds all current clearances to Work with Children and within the NDIS, Worker Clearances
– Experienced supporting complex care and vulnerable families
