Specialist Support Coordinator and Team Leader

Clare is our General Manager, Specialist Support Coordinator and Team Leader with more than 15 years of experience across disability services, employment support, and complex case work. She supports people with psychosocial and behavioural needs, coordinates multidisciplinary services, and guides teams to deliver safe, person‑centred support under the NDIS.

Known for her calm, kind, and approachable manner. Clare is honest and clear, and always follows through with reliable action, helping clients and families feel safe and supported. She works closely with clients, families, and providers to create stability, improve wellbeing, and strengthen independence.

Clare brings strong skills in plan implementation, crisis response, risk assessment, and collaboration across housing, health, and employment systems. She focuses on outcomes, safeguards, and quality practice, guided by the NDIS Practice Standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
