General Manager

Clare is our General Manager, providing strategic leadership across service delivery, organisational growth, and sector engagement. She brings extensive experience across the disability sector, having worked within the NDIS, not‑for‑profit organisations, and government departments. Clare has led multidisciplinary teams, shaped high‑quality practice, and driven meaningful service improvement. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to ethical, person‑centred outcomes.

Clare plays a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the organisation’s presence within the community and broader sector. She is passionate about building services that are responsive, empowering, and genuinely supportive of people’s long‑term wellbeing.

Clare has experience working directly with people from a multitude of backgrounds including children under the Guardianship of the Minister, Australian First Nations People and those with complex care needs including end of life care.  Clare has a background working with clients face to face within the employment support sector helping them reach their goals and overcome barriers to daily living.

Clare has extensive case management and leadership experience within the NDIS, not for profit and Government departments and has an educational background in team leading, mental health, learning difficulties, information-advice and guidance and has spent many years working within the UK and Australia.  Clare enjoys getting out with nature with her dogs and spending time with friends and family.
