As a dedicated Disability Employment Consultant and Vocational Assessor, she works closely with participants to identify their goals, build confidence, and develop practical pathways to sustainable employment.

From comprehensive vocational assessments and career planning to resume development, interview coaching, job search support, and ongoing workplace assistance, Sophie can provide tailored guidance for every stage of the employment journey. Her collaborative approach also helps connect participants with inclusive employers who recognise the value of a diverse workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

–  Extensive experience as an Employment Specialist and tailoring the right supports as a Specialist Support Coordinator (NDIS)
–  Mental Health First Aid + First Aid & CPR
–  Holds current NDIS Worker, WWCC & Police Checks
