Behaviour Support Practitioner & Team Leader

Christian is a senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting children, young people and adults experiencing a diverse range of complex behaviours.

Christian’s experience includes overseeing social and skill development programs, employment and training for refugees and asylum seekers, support services for Carers. Chris also has experience with educational programs for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, neurodiversity and NDIS funded Support Coordination.

Christian has supported clients in local, rural and remote locations.

His work is underpinned by a Master of Social Work and a first-class Honours in Sociology, providing an advanced knowledge of the personal and structural complexities that affect people.

Christian’s calm, compassionate and mature approach to his work allows for the building of long-term trusted relationships with clients and their support networks.

Christian enjoys mountain biking, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Fleurieu.
